Production process

Use continuous process merely takes 3.5 hours in conversion of steel scrap and pig iron into the HRC

01
ConSteel® Continuous Feeder
This is the process where we transfer scrap and pig iron into the furnace. This will increase their temperature to 300-400 Celsius using exhaust gas and will conserve energy required for melting
02
AC Electric Arc Furnace (EAF)
This furnace is used for scrap melting.
03
Ladle Heating Furnace (LHF)
In this stage, the steel undergoes further refinement, and its chemistry is finely tuned to meet customer requirements.
04
Continuous Caster Machine (CCM)
This is a process to turn liquid steel into a slab and we can adjust the thickness and width of the slab.
05
Tunnel Furnace (TF)
This furnace will provide heat to the slab to prepare it before the rolling process.
06
Finishing Mill
We have 6 Finishing Mills to decrease the thickness of the slab and turn it into strip required by customers.
07
Laminar Cooling and Downcoiler
The strip will be cooled by water curtain and roll into a hot-rolled coil (HRC).
08
Recoil Temper Mill
This process is used when customers request special flat surface products, by using rollers to press the strip.
09
Tension Leveller
This process is used when customers request special flat surface products, by using tension force.
